Tuesday Class

Today, the students learned about the difference between a scientific theory and a scientfic law. The students completed questions one and two in their textbook and viewed an interactive presentation.

Monday Class

Today in science, we will be reviewing the M&M lab. In addition, the students will play a card game where they put the steps of the scientific method in order. The students will then view a brief video and take a quiz on the scientific method.

Thursday Class

Today in science, we reviewed how to properly use Cornell notes. The students then viewed a video about the scientific method. The students used the Cornell notes to organize their thoughts and summarize information provided from the video.

Wednesday Class

Today in science, the students took a pre-test. The pre-test was an overview of all of the science content that will be addressed throughout this upcoming school year. The students will take the test once again at the end of the school year to determine the student's growth.

Tuesday Class

Today in the students worked together to create a set of classroom norms. The students then wrote their classroom norms on a piece of poster board, signed the poster board and hung it up on the classroom wall.

Monday- First Day of School

Hello students and parents! To start off the school year all of the introduced themselves through participating in a game called Two Truths and A Lie. Next, the students watched my introduction video. Lastly, the students viewed a Prezi presentation about classroom expectations.
